Our Culture
Our team started with just myself and Jasmine - my wife. We both grew up with strong values from our upbringing and we have integrated our shared values into Method Dental.
But today, our team has grown with the addition of 2 other dental assistants who also have their own sets of values - and it’s with this that we have come up with our business values:
- Honesty
- Learning Every Day
- Fun
- Communication
- Helping Others
Honesty
Any good relationship is based first and foremost, upon Honesty. It doesn’t matter who you learnt this from - your parents, siblings, friends, teachers - it just matters that it’s true. We have great relationships with the healthcare providers we choose for our personal lives and the first building block for those relationships is Honesty. We will listen. We will assess your needs. We will provide our honest best.
Learning Every Day
Lifelong learning is a concept that we hold dear. Without it, we can’t grow. Without it, we can’t be the best version of ourselves. Without it, we stand still. You might learn something new from us, or we might learn something new from you. One thing is certain - our team will continue to learn new things, useful things, by taking the time to go and learn from the best so that we can provide you with the best care because that’s what we believe in.
Fun
What is life without fun? Everyone spends so much time at work, it may as well be a source of fun. And some of the most fun we can have is when the young people in our lives come for a visit!
Communication
Families, relationships, businesses - they all rely on communication. Without good communication, things fall apart. We always take our time with patients to ensure they understand what is going on with their oral health and what they can do to improve anything that needs improvement. If you ever have any questions, you can ask us in so many ways now! We’re on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and even Snapchat! Or you can contact us the old-fashioned way - in person or over the phone.
Helping Others
There’s actually a selfish reason for helping others - it makes you feel good!
Our philosophy of preventing dental health problems stems from the impulse to want to help others.
